10 Things Which Can Improve Your Health When Done Daily in Less Than 5 Minutes

  1. Simple eye rotation.
  2. Drink two to three glasses of water after getting up.
  3. Do as many push ups you can do in 5 minutes.
  4. Eat one apple.
  5. Be grateful.
  6. Be outdoors and get sun light.
  7. Call a friend.
  8. Take vitamins.

  10. Park little further so that you can walk little bit more to office.
